Comprehensive Community Prevention Plan (CCPP)
NyE Communities Coalition’s Comprehensive Community Prevention Plan (CCPP) was
created with the collection and analysis of data to define problems, resources and
readiness within a geographic area to address the needs and gaps in our communities.
This assessment also involved mobilizing key stakeholders to collect the data and foster
the process. The CCPP was created by coalition membership, the evaluation committee
and staff and is used to help determine needed services and funding within our
communities.
