Methamphetamine (Meth) Task Force
The NyE Communities Coalition Methamphetamine Task Force currently consists of local
community members concerned with the effects methamphetamine and other drugs of
abuse are having on our community. The Task Force is Chaired by Marlene Richter,
Director of Shade Tree and meetings are usually held at the Southern District Office of Nye
County School District and teleconferenced to Tonopah District Office. The task force
welcomes new members. It takes many viewpoints to fully understand as issue and we
encourage you to become involved in helping intervene in substance abuse. Please check
the calendar for the next meeting or contact Nye Communities Coalition for information.
